Today is another milestone for Della, the leader in multilingual contract review, we are proud to announce we are now ISO 27001:2017 certified for our Information Security Management System.
Many law firms are now comfortable suggesting their clients to use cloud based hosting for artificial intelligence solutions, but rightly the cloud security measures in place to protect clients data are key. We have recognised this from day one and adopted a security by design approach to our platform.
Security has always been a priority at Della. The certification reaffirms our commitment to the highest security and confidentiality standards for our users’ data and allows for greater confidence in our processes on our clients’ behalf.
What is ISO 27001:2017?
ISO 27001:2017 is the latest version of one of the most recognised and internationally accepted information security standards. It defines how an organisation should manage and treat assets such as financial and contractual information entrusted to us by third parties .
The process has involved every part of Della from Management to Core IT and Sales. It has been a great team effort.
The scope of the ISO certification encompasses:
- Cloud data hosting and processing
- Our headquarters
- Remote workers
What does that mean for our users?
Nothing changed for you, but you can tell your IT department we are continuing to take security very seriously. Our main recommendation to keep your data secured:
Passwords are like underwear: make them personal, make them exotic, and change them on a regular basis.
Our ISO 27001 certificate number is 224033. You can verify it’s validity via this link:
